In this study, properties of the U-slot stacked patch antenna were investigated. The antenna consists of high and low dielectric constant material combinations thus the fabrication process of the antenna is much easier and much larger bandwidth of about 52.94% was achieved. The pattern of the antenna was stable over the entire bandwidth.
